Food & Beverage Captain – The Club

About the role

Join the renowned Club at Marina Bay Sands as a Food & Beverage Captain, where you will lead a team of servers to deliver exceptional dining experiences for our guests. This role blends hands‑on service with supervisory responsibilities in a high‑end restaurant environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and escort guests to their seats, ensuring a warm and professional first impression.
• Assist staff with table preparation, set‑up, and proper handling of restaurant equipment.
• Manage telephone enquiries, reservations and coordinate seating to evenly distribute guests across the venue.
• Address guest concerns promptly and resolve any issues to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Supervise and coach servers, ensuring consistent delivery of excellent service.
• Support the Assistant Manager in achieving departmental goals and key performance objectives.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience in a food‑and‑beverage setting.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including mornings, afternoons and public holidays.

Required skills

• Food Safety knowledge.
