Food & Beverage Executive

About the role

The Food & Beverage Executive at NoMad Singapore is responsible for delivering elevated, intuitive, and engaging dining experiences across all outlets, including restaurants, bars, in‑room dining, and events. This role combines service execution with ownership of service flow, guest engagement, and operational coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver personalised, detail‑oriented service to all guests while taking ownership of specific service sections.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
• Support daily operations across restaurants, bars, banquets, and in‑room dining.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and well‑prepared service environment.
• Manage billing processes accurately using POS systems and handle cash and card transactions responsibly.
• Monitor service flow, resolve operational challenges, and ensure proper mise en place.
• Maintain in‑depth knowledge of menus, food, beverages, and seasonal promotions.
• Guide and train junior team members, reinforcing service standards and techniques.
• Create memorable dining experiences aligned with NoMad standards and handle guest feedback professionally.
• Support supervisors in leading the team, act as a role model, and contribute ideas for service improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience in food and beverage service within a high‑end hospitality environment.
• Strong guest‑centric mindset with the ability to anticipate and exceed expectations.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, able to collaborate with kitchen, bar, and front‑of‑house teams.
• Attention to detail, high standards of personal grooming, and adherence to hygiene and safety regulations.
• Ability to handle cash, credit transactions, and POS operations accurately.
