Food & Beverage Host/Hostess

About the role

Join the vibrant front‑of‑house team at a premier resort and be the first point of contact for guests. As a Food & Beverage Host/Hostess you will create a welcoming atmosphere, manage reservations and ensure each guest feels valued throughout their dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Take reservations, answer phone calls and respond to guest requests promptly.
• Greet guests warmly, seat them according to rotation plans, and ensure fair distribution across stations.
• Personalise service by using guests' names and acknowledging special occasions.
• Maintain guest profiles, noting birthdays, anniversaries and other important dates.
• Communicate relevant guest information to Captains and Server Attendants.
• Thank guests as they leave and relay feedback to management.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by supervisors.

Required profile

• Minimum secondary school education (O‑Level); a diploma is an advantage.
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service or guest‑facing roles, preferably in hospitality.
• Willingness to work varied shifts, including mornings, afternoons and public holidays.
• Professional, well‑groomed appearance.
• Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin.
