About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Food & Beverage Manager to oversee daily operations across our islandwide restaurants in Singapore. The role focuses on delivering superior service, managing staff, and ensuring operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

Coordinating daily management operations.
Delivering superior food and beverage service and maximizing customer satisfaction.
Responding efficiently and accurately to restaurant customer complaints.
Organising and supervising shifts.
Appraising staff performance and providing feedback to improve productivity.
Estimating future needs for goods, kitchen utensils and cleaning products.
Ability to work night shifts.

Required profile

Proven work experience in a similar managerial role.
Proven customer service experience as a manager.
Strong leadership, motivational and people skills.

Required skills

Extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge, with ability to recall ingredients and dishes.
Acute financial management skills.
