About the role

We are looking for a friendly and attentive Food & Beverage Service Associate to join the team at 1887 by André, the heritage gastronomy restaurant inside Raffles Hotel Singapore. The role involves delivering personalised, high‑quality service to guests in a historic 42‑seat setting, ensuring every dining experience reflects the restaurant’s blend of Victorian elegance and modern innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, present menus, and provide knowledgeable recommendations on food, wines, spirits and cocktails.
• Take accurate orders, record special requests and allergens in the Point‑of‑Sale (POS) system, and double‑check tickets before sending them to the kitchen.
• Serve dishes and beverages promptly, anticipate guest needs, and ensure tables are set and cleared according to hotel standards.
• Maintain personal grooming standards and uphold the restaurant’s heritage presentation, including the use of vintage silverware.
• Collaborate with colleagues and kitchen staff to achieve service efficiency and contribute to outlet financial targets.
