About the role

Join our dynamic front-of-house team as a Food & Beverage Service Crew member. You will play a pivotal role in delivering seamless guest experiences across our island-wide outlets, working on a rotating shift schedule. This entry-level position offers hands-on exposure to hospitality operations in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee front-of-house operations, including reservations, seating, guest flow and table service, ensuring high service standards.
• Lead, coach and mentor service staff, managing performance to build a strong, accountable team.
• Organise staff deployment and service workflows to maximise efficiency during peak and off-peak periods.
• Monitor service supplies, table settings and equipment, supporting stock ordering, proper storage and waste reduction.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, workplace safety and company SOPs, maintaining a clean and organised service area.
• Support promotions, process improvements and staff development initiatives to enhance service quality and guest satisfaction.

Required profile

• Fresh or entry-level candidate with a passion for hospitality.
• Flexible to work rotating shifts between 9 am and 11 pm, covering an 8‑hour day and a 44‑hour week.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills with a customer-focused attitude.
