Food & Beverage Supervisor

About the role
We are looking for a proactive Food & Beverage Supervisor to oversee daily operations in our restaurant outlets. You will act as the bridge between front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house teams, ensuring smooth service and high guest satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and store vendor contracts and invoices.
- Coordinate communication between front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house staff.
- Prepare and publish shift schedules for kitchen and wait staff.
- Supervise kitchen and wait staff, providing assistance as needed.
- Maintain detailed records of daily, weekly and monthly costs and revenues.
- Monitor compliance with safety and hygiene regulations.
- Gather guest feedback and recommend menu improvements.
Required profile
- Previous experience as an F&B Assistant Manager or a similar supervisory role in hospitality.
- Strong customer‑service attitude and ability to work evenings, holidays and weekends.
- Excellent communication and team‑management abilities.

What we offer
- Competitive salary ranging from SGD 3,000 to SGD 5,000 per month.
