About the role

The Food & Beverage Supervisor will oversee front‑of‑house operations, ensuring smooth client bookings, table settings, and payment processes in a busy restaurant environment.

Key responsibilities

• Draw up client bookings for tables and ensure tables are set before guests arrive.
• Manage the front desk by handling incoming calls, greeting customers, and attending to their needs.
• Inform guests about table availability, direct them to their seats, and keep accurate visitor records.
• Assist customers with queries, provide solutions within your capacity, and handle payment collection before guests leave.
• Maintain clear records of payments received and note any balance payments.
• Communicate bookings, needs, and complaints to kitchen and service staff.
• Manage e‑reservations across all company platforms.
• Adhere to hygiene, safety standards, and company SOPs.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.
