Food & Beverage Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead our kitchen, bar and service teams across Marina Seafood House locations. You will ensure smooth operations during both regular and peak periods, maintaining high standards of service, cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule and direct kitchen, bar and floor staff, adjusting rosters to match demand.
• Assist with seating and serving customers during busy periods.
• Take and relay food and drink orders, preparing items such as sandwiches, salads and coffee.
• Handle payments, balance receipts and ensure accurate cash handling.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, workstations and service stations.
• Replenish stock, set tables and prepare trays for new guests.

Required profile

• Strong sales and customer service orientation.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Proven experience in training, motivating and managing staff.
• Good organizational skills and knowledge of relevant legislation.
