Food & Beverage Supervisor

About the role

The Food & Beverage Supervisor will ensure prompt, professional service for hotel and restaurant guests at Pullman Singapore Hill Street. You will coordinate daily outlet operations, support the team, and uphold the brand’s high standards of hospitality and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate opening and closing duties, ensuring all settings meet standards before service begins.
• Plan daily outlet operations in the manager’s absence, maintaining smooth workflow.
• Supervise junior team members and casual labour, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to departmental standards.
• Take and record restaurant reservations, reconfirming them daily via phone or email.
• Take guest orders, deliver food and beverage services according to brand standards, and ensure accurate service.
• Upsell and promote F&B offers, cross‑sell other venues when the outlet is full to maximize revenue.
• Apply HACCP food safety and hygiene standards, monitoring compliance throughout the outlet.
• Handle guest complaints tactfully, report incidents, and take corrective actions promptly.
• Assist other F&B outlets during peak periods and ensure cleanliness meets sanitation regulations.
• Maintain adequate supplies and equipment to support uninterrupted service.
