Food & Beverage Supervisor – Restaurant

About the role

Everdragon Family Restaurant is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to oversee daily operations, maintain high standards of food quality, and ensure a clean, safe environment for both staff and guests.

Key responsibilities

• Order supplies and manage inventory to keep stock levels appropriate.
• Verify and endorse all incoming products and raw materials.
• Assist in the preparation and design of food and drink menus.
• Produce high‑quality plated dishes with attention to design and taste.
• Support kitchen staff with washing, peeling, chopping, and cutting ingredients.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all food preparation areas.
• Enforce sanitation regulations and safety standards.
• Resolve operational issues promptly and maintain a professional customer approach.
• Work night, split, weekend, or extra shifts as required.

Required profile

• Executive‑level experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including night and weekend shifts.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive problem‑solving attitude.
