Food & Beverage Supervisor – Singapore

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead our restaurant team across Singapore. You will be the front‑line liaison between guests and the kitchen, ensuring smooth service, high standards of hygiene, and a memorable dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Take reservations, greet guests promptly, and present menus with current promotions.
• Accurately take food and beverage orders, repeat them to guests, and communicate estimated service times.
• Supervise mise‑en‑place preparation, topping up side stations, and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Enter orders efficiently using the Point‑of‑Sale (POS) system.
• Oversee opening, operating, and closing procedures, ensuring cleanliness and professionalism.
• Delegate duties to servers and captains, and ensure adherence to company policies.
• Assist the manager with daily briefings, special event planning, and staff training.
• Monitor and enforce Food & Beverage safety and hygiene standards.
