Food Service Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Food Service Supervisor to oversee daily kitchen operations across our island‑wide locations in Singapore. You will ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer service while managing inventory and staff schedules.

Key responsibilities

• Order supplies and maintain appropriate stock levels.
• Verify and endorse incoming products and raw materials.
• Assist in the preparation and design of food and drink menus.
• Produce high‑quality plated dishes with attention to design and taste.
• Prepare, wash, peel, chop, and cut all food ingredients.
• Clean food preparation equipment, kitchen tools, and maintain housekeeping standards.
• Ensure food preparation areas are clean, hygienic, and comply with sanitation regulations.
• Monitor portion control to meet requests and minimize waste.
• Resourcefully solve issues and manage problematic situations.

Required profile

• Willingness to work night shifts, split shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Ability to work overtime and extra hours when needed.
• Positive and professional approach with customers.
