Forensic Advisory Associate

About the role

The Forensic Advisory team is described as fast growing and dynamic, with members supporting each other on projects in a fast-paced environment. This Associate position is based in Singapore and involves supporting engagements related to forensic advisory work.

Key responsibilities

• Render support on engagements related to forensic advisory work.
• Research and analyse evidence surrounding financial irregularities and/or fraudulent transactions, including assessing books and records, examining transactional documents and other relevant documentation.
• Carry out corporate intelligence and background searches on relevant entities to identify their business profile and potential relationships.
• Research international standards, laws and regulations relevant to the subject matter of the engagement.
• Prepare working papers detailing work performed, findings and client deliverables.
• Support the team's knowledge sharing culture and meet mandatory compliance, learning and other professional requirements.

Required profile

• Degree in Accounting or equivalent from a recognised institution.
• Fresh graduates or experienced hires with a minimum of 1 year of experience are welcome to apply.
• Attention to detail and the ability to multitask with complex, detailed information.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including analysing data, generating insights and constructing solutions.
• Good client service and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Excellent writing and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Adaptable, with strong interpersonal skills for building rapport and collaboration.
