Formula & Regulatory Specialist – Manufacturing

About the role

The Formula & Regulatory Specialist will support Pacific Refreshments' concentrate manufacturing operations, ensuring product formulations, packaging, and labeling meet regulatory and quality standards across ASEAN and related markets.

Key responsibilities

• Validate and audit Bill of Materials (BOM) setups and product kit breakdowns.
• Size batches for manufacture and visualise packaging configurations.
• Develop QA inspection plans for ingredients, packaging, intermediates and finished goods.
• Create packaging specifications and maintain material master data.
• Approve finished‑product labels, ensuring compliance with importing‑country regulations.
• Lead or participate in formula and regulatory projects, including Halal assurance.
• Review regulatory requirements for quality, food safety and Halal, and manage corrective actions.
• Identify and implement process optimisation and digital automation opportunities.
• Build and maintain dashboards or automated reports using Power BI, Power Automate or similar tools.

Required profile

• Degree in Food Science, Chemistry or a related discipline.
• Current right to work in Singapore; no visa sponsorship required.
