Forward Deployed Engineer, GenAI (Thai & English)

About the role

As a Generative AI (GenAI) Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) at Google Cloud, you will be an embedded builder who bridges the gap between frontier AI products and production‑grade reality within customers. You will function as an innovator‑builder, moving beyond high‑level architecture to code, debug, and jointly ship bespoke agentic solutions directly within the customer’s environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop complex AI applications, transitioning from rapid prototypes to production‑grade agentic workflows that drive measurable ROI.
• Architect and code the integration between Google’s AI products and customers’ live infrastructure, including APIs, legacy data silos, and security perimeters.
• Build high‑performance evaluation pipelines and observability frameworks to ensure accuracy, safety, and latency requirements.
• Identify repeatable field patterns and friction points, converting them into reusable modules or formal product feature requests.
• Co‑build with customer engineering teams to instill Google‑grade development best practices for long‑term success.
• Translate technical concepts to non‑technical executive and Thai‑speaking audiences.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 2 years of software development experience using Python or related languages.
• Experience architecting AI systems on cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience building pipelines for structured and unstructured data using vector databases and Retrieval‑Augmented Generation architectures.
• Proven ability to take production‑grade AI solutions from conception to launch for customers.
• Fluency in Thai and English to support client relationship management.
