Founding Recruiting Coordinator – APJ

About the role

We are looking for a highly organised Recruiting Coordinator to support our international hiring across APAC, Japan and MENA. Based in Singapore, you will work closely with recruiters, hiring managers and People Ops teams to ensure a seamless candidate and employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones, serving as the primary point of contact for candidates in APAC, Japan and MENA.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS, track progress, and support interview logistics, feedback collection and offer coordination.
• Assist with onboarding and off‑boarding processes for new hires across the regions, collaborating with local partners and global People Ops.
• Keep employee records up‑to‑date in HRIS systems and support compliance tracking with local advisors.
• Help standardise and improve global recruiting and HR workflows, reporting on hiring metrics and identifying process gaps.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination or HR operations, preferably with exposure to multiple regions.
• Strong organisational skills, high attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and a professional, discreet approach to confidential information.
• Adaptable, proactive and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, global environment.

Required skills

• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms; familiarity with Ashby is a plus.
