Freelance Business Development Executive – Uncapped Commission

About the role

Join Ascension Advisory as a Freelance Business Development Executive and drive growth for our recruitment, staffing and HR solutions across Singapore. You will work on a commission‑based model with uncapped earnings and flexible hours.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in recruitment, staffing and HR services.
• Prospect and approach potential corporate clients through cold outreach, networking and referrals.
• Build and maintain relationships with HR professionals, business owners and key decision‑makers.
• Understand client recruitment and HR needs and present suitable solutions.
• Arrange meetings, deliver presentations and negotiate new client contracts.
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects and ensure smooth handover to account and recruitment teams.
• Continuously seek ways to expand the client base and generate additional revenue.

Required profile

• Fresh or entry‑level candidates with a strong business development mindset.
• Excellent communication, networking and relationship‑building abilities.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented and comfortable working on a commission‑only basis.
• Existing corporate network or client contacts are a plus.
