Freelance CX Trainer – Luxury Retail (Singapore)

About the role

We are seeking a Freelance Customer Experience (CX) Trainer to join our fast‑paced team in Singapore. You will design and deliver impactful training programs for luxury retail brands, helping frontline teams elevate service standards and embody brand promises.

Key responsibilities

• Assess client learning needs and define training objectives in collaboration with project managers.
• Design and develop engaging training materials, workshops, and coaching sessions for retail staff.
• Deliver training both in‑class and online, using interactive methods such as discussions, demonstrations, games, and storytelling.
• Provide on‑floor or virtual coaching to reinforce learning and drive mindset change.
• Ensure project timelines, deadlines, and schedules are met.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in service excellence, CX, or training within luxury retail (skincare, perfume, makeup preferred).
• Proven track record delivering classroom trainings, workshops, and on‑field coaching for retail frontline teams.
• Strong communication skills in both Mandarin and English.
• Ability to create dynamic learning environments that inspire participants.

Required skills

• Experience designing training programs and instructional materials.
• Proficiency in delivering blended learning (in‑person and virtual).
