Freelance Sales Associate – B2B Events & Group Bookings

About the role

FeverUp is seeking a Freelance Sales Associate to drive B2B sales for its new immersive experience, BuzzAttack, in Singapore. You will be responsible for generating group bookings, private events and corporate engagements, acting as the main point of contact from inquiry to confirmation.

Key responsibilities

• Reach out to local hotels, schools, universities and large companies to generate sales opportunities.
• Manage inbound and outbound B2B sales inquiries for Fever Originals across Southeast Asia.
• Handle customer calls and emails, guiding prospects from first contact to booking confirmation.
• Close deals for group visits, birthday celebrations and private event privatizations.
• Provide personalized customer care that reflects Fever’s high service standards.
• Collect and analyse feedback, share insights with management and support reporting processes.
• Help structure key performance metrics for the Fever for Business channel.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align communication and optimise visitor satisfaction.
• Act as a Fever brand ambassador, representing company values in all interactions.
• Proactively communicate challenges, opportunities and suggestions to the producer team.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in sales, customer service or commercial roles, preferably in hospitality, events or entertainment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proactive attitude with a problem‑solving mindset and attention to detail.
• Good analytical ability to interpret customer data and feedback.
• Comfort managing multiple priorities and adapting to fast‑changing scenarios.
• Proficiency with CRM software and productivity tools such as Excel and Google Sheets.
