Freight Administration Assistant (Entry Level)

About the role

This entry‑level position supports the logistics team by handling shipment data, documentation, and coordination with internal and external partners. You will work onsite at Kembangan Plaza, contributing to smooth freight operations and gaining exposure to international shipping processes.

Key responsibilities

• Enter and update shipment, container, and billing information in the system.
• Prepare and process shipping documents such as Bills of Lading, Packing Lists, and Commercial Invoices.
• Coordinate with shipping lines, co‑loaders, vendors, and customers on booking arrangements and status updates.
• Follow up with suppliers and customers to resolve documentation discrepancies.
• Assist with permit declarations and documentation submissions (training provided).
• Monitor vessel schedules and shipment timelines, escalating delays as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure proper filing of all documentation.
• Provide general administrative support to the logistics team and perform ad‑hoc duties.

Required profile

• 0–2 years of administrative, clerical, or coordination experience.
• Minimum qualification of O‑Levels, ITE, or a Diploma in any field.
