Freight Administrator – Entry Level

About the role

This entry‑level position supports the logistics team by handling shipment documentation, data entry and coordination with various stakeholders. You will work onsite at Kembangan Plaza, contributing to smooth freight operations.

Key responsibilities

• Enter and update shipment information, container details and billing records in the system.
• Prepare and process shipping documents such as Bills of Lading, Packing Lists and Commercial Invoices.
• Coordinate with shipping lines, co‑loaders, vendors and customers on booking arrangements and status updates.
• Follow up with suppliers and customers to obtain required information and resolve documentation discrepancies.
• Assist with permit declarations and documentation submissions (training provided).
• Monitor vessel schedules and shipment timelines, escalating any delays.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure proper filing of all documentation.
• Provide general administrative and operational support to the logistics team.
• Perform ad‑hoc duties as assigned.

Required profile

• 0–2 years of administrative, clerical or coordination experience.
• Minimum qualification of O‑Levels, ITE or a Diploma in any field.
