Frontend Developer – React & TypeScript (12‑month contract)

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled Frontend Developer to join our Wealth Management technology team in Singapore. You will work on modern React‑based applications, shaping user journeys for internal users and clients while driving technical excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain full‑stack applications using Java Spring Boot and React.
• Build and optimise RESTful APIs and micro‑services.
• Implement and maintain Micro Frontend (MFE) architectures, including Module Federation and Single‑SPA.
• Apply performance optimisation techniques such as code‑splitting and lazy loading.
• Collaborate with business analysts, project managers and other tech teams to deliver high‑quality products.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues across frontend and backend.
• Drive best‑practice adoption and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Expert‑level experience with TypeScript and React (hooks, context, lifecycle).
• Strong proficiency in Redux, Redux Toolkit and RTK Query.
• Deep knowledge of modern web technologies, including Micro Frontend architecture, HTML5, CSS3 (Flexbox, Grid) and CSS‑in‑JS solutions.
• Proven ability to work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
