About the role

Join BullionStar, Singapore’s leading precious metals dealer, as a Frontline Customer Support Specialist. You will be the primary point of contact for customers buying, selling, storing, or inquiring about gold, silver, and platinum, ensuring every interaction builds trust.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries via email and phone with accurate, timely information.
• Manage high volumes of tickets while maintaining consistent quality and professionalism.
• Develop deep product knowledge to answer queries authoritatively.
• Identify recurring issues, propose improvements, and help prevent future problems.
• Own personal KPIs and contribute to team performance targets.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to handle pressure and maintain composure during busy periods.
• Proactive mindset with ownership mentality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
