Full-Stack AI Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Full-Stack AI Engineer to design, build and deploy AI-assisted tools that automate manual workflows across the organisation. You will work end-to-end on production-grade software, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure smooth adoption and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Map and analyse existing business processes, identify high-friction tasks and create custom AI-automation solutions.
• Develop and ship full-stack features, from UI components to database schemas and API integrations, handling discovery, scoping, deployment and monitoring.
• Leverage modern AI development tools such as copilot assistants and LLM APIs, while maintaining rigorous engineering standards.
• Review, test and debug AI-generated code to guarantee stability, security and maintainability in production.
• Take ownership of system reliability, performance and data integrity, and communicate technical trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate effectively within a globally distributed, asynchronous engineering team.

Required profile

• Undergraduate or master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 1–2 years of hands-on commercial experience in software development.
• Product-mindset with the ability to propose solutions and architectural improvements proactively.
• Strong communication skills to translate technical concepts for business leaders.

Required skills

• Experience with LLM APIs and AI development tools (e.g., copilot assistants).
• Full-stack development expertise, including UI component creation, database schema design and API integration.
• Proficiency in testing, debugging and maintaining production-grade code.
• Understanding of software reliability, performance optimisation and data integrity.
