Full Stack Engineer – AI‑Native FinTech Platform

About the role

The Full Stack Engineer will design and deliver end‑to‑end applications spanning frontend, backend, APIs and cloud platforms for an AI‑driven financial technology platform. Working closely with Product, Design, Mobile and AI teams, you will build scalable, customer‑facing products and internal services that support onboarding, payments, KYC and other financial services.

Key responsibilities

• Build full‑stack web applications and RESTful APIs.
• Develop scalable backend services and manage databases.
• Create responsive, high‑performance frontend interfaces.
• Collaborate with Product, Design and Engineering teams.
• Monitor, troubleshoot and optimise production systems.
• Deliver secure, high‑quality software following best practices.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 3+ years of full‑stack development experience.
• Experience with scalable applications and cloud architecture.
• Exposure to AI‑enabled products is a plus.
• Background in FinTech, digital banking, payments or e‑commerce is preferred.
• Strong product mindset, ownership and communication skills.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced, agile environment.
