Full Stack Engineer - Government Digital Solutions (.NET)

About the role

NCS, an AI tech services company and subsidiary of the Singtel Group, is hiring Full Stack Engineers to join product teams focused on building digital solutions for government agencies. You will work in cross-functional squads with Quality Engineers, UX designers and Product Owners to create software that serves public sector users and citizens. This is a 1-year agency contract, renewable depending on performance.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with government agencies to build and iterate on high-quality digital products that solve real user problems.
• Work in cross-functional teams to deliver user-centred solutions and take part in the product management lifecycle.
• Champion modern technologies, practices and tools that speed up delivery and improve user experience.
• Take part in Scrum ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Reviews and Retrospectives.
• Share knowledge in technical sessions and product ideation meetings.
• Write clean, maintainable code and conduct thorough code reviews.
• Prioritise and deliver product features and technical tasks in fast-moving environments.

Required profile

• Solid programming fundamentals and familiarity with cloud-based development, including XP, CI and CD.
• Experience with ReactJS, TypeScript, Angular and .NET.
• Good analytical, problem-solving and communication skills, and a desire to serve the public through technology.
• Understanding of Agile methods such as Scrum and Kanban.
• Only Singaporeans preferred.

Required skills

• Advantageous: experience with SHIP-HATS, APEX or Cloud File Transfer (CFT).
• Advantageous: AWS deployment, Terraform, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, cloud-native architecture or container orchestration.
