Full-Time Educator – Retail

About the role

The Educator is the cornerstone of the guest experience in lululemon stores. You will create world‑class service, share product knowledge, and embody the brand’s community‑focused culture.

Key responsibilities

• Engage guests, assess their needs, and provide tailored purchase or return solutions.
• Deliver technical product education, highlighting value and benefits.
• Execute accurate transactions and omnichannel programs while maintaining store standards.
• Collect guest feedback and partner with store leadership to resolve issues.
• Promote local community programs and help organise events such as run clubs or yoga days.
• Maintain product presentation, restock merchandise, and keep the store environment clean and safe.
• Use in‑store technology to support operations and enhance the guest experience.
