About the role

The Retail Educator is the front‑line ambassador who creates world‑class guest experiences in our store. You will engage customers, share product knowledge, and represent our community‑focused culture.

Key responsibilities

• Interact with guests to deliver a seamless, personalized shopping experience.
• Assess guest needs and provide tailored product recommendations and purchase solutions.
• Deliver technical product education, highlighting benefits and value.

• Maintain store presentation through restocking, merchandising, and cleaning tasks.
