About the role
As a Sales Advisor you are the friendly face that greets customers and embodies the heart of the brand. You will provide high‑level service, guide shoppers through their journey and create welcoming experiences that showcase the best of our fashion offering.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers throughout the store
- Assist at the cash desk, fitting rooms and shop floor
- Process deliveries, replenish stock and merchandise new garments
Required profile
- Customer‑focused with a genuine interest in fashion and trends
- Proactive, curious and willing to learn and improve processes
- Communicative, positive, open‑minded and collaborative
