Full‑Stack Engineer – Web & Enterprise Systems

About the role

Vinova is seeking a Full‑Stack Engineer to lead the maintenance, support, and modernization of its web applications and enterprise systems. You will ensure system stability, security, and performance while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own system maintenance: manage change requests, resolve bugs, optimise performance, and improve stability.
• Maintain and enhance existing web applications, performing impact assessments for all changes.
• Respond promptly to production incidents, conduct root‑cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.
• Work with operations to set up monitoring, backup procedures, and disaster‑recovery plans.
• Apply security fixes based on code reviews, vulnerability assessments, and penetration testing.
• Document legacy systems and create knowledge‑transfer materials.
• Analyse dependencies and design modernization roadmaps aligned with business goals.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT or equivalent practical experience.
• 3‑5 years of experience developing, maintaining, and supporting enterprise systems.
• Proficiency with version‑control tools such as Git and SVN.
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging abilities for complex production issues.
