About the role

The Educator role is the cornerstone of the guest experience in our retail store. You will engage customers, share product knowledge, and create a welcoming environment that reflects our brand values.

Key responsibilities

• Interact with guests to deliver a fast, personalized shopping experience.
• Assess guest needs and provide tailored product recommendations and purchase or return solutions.
• Deliver technical product education, highlighting benefits and value.

• Maintain store presentation, restock merchandise, and use in‑store technology for operations.
• Collect guest feedback, collaborate with leadership to resolve issues, and promote community programs.
• Plan and participate in local community initiatives such as run clubs and yoga events.
