Full‑Time Speech and Drama Teacher

About the role

We are looking for a passionate full‑time Speech and Drama Teacher to join our centre. The role involves delivering engaging lessons to children and teenagers, following our proven methodology and curriculum.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver lessons in line with the Julia Gabriel Centre’s Speech & Drama programme.
• Create high‑quality, interactive learning experiences for students aged 3 to 18.
• Provide constructive feedback to parents and maintain regular communication.
• Participate in in‑house training sessions and professional development activities.
• Support curriculum development, research, talks and workshops outside regular teaching hours.

Required profile

• Recognised qualification in Speech & Drama, Theatre or Communication Skills (e.g., Trinity College London, LAMDA) – preferred.
• Relevant diploma or degree from institutions such as LASALLE, NAFA, NUS – considered.
• At least 2 years of teaching experience with preschool, primary or secondary students.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Energetic, creative, team‑oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
