About the role
We are looking for a passionate full‑time Speech and Drama Teacher to join our centre. The role involves delivering engaging lessons to children and teenagers, following our proven methodology and curriculum.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, prepare and deliver lessons in line with the Julia Gabriel Centre’s Speech & Drama programme.
- Create high‑quality, interactive learning experiences for students aged 3 to 18.
- Provide constructive feedback to parents and maintain regular communication.
- Participate in in‑house training sessions and professional development activities.
- Support curriculum development, research, talks and workshops outside regular teaching hours.
Required profile
- Recognised qualification in Speech & Drama, Theatre or Communication Skills (e.g., Trinity College London, LAMDA) – preferred.
- Relevant diploma or degree from institutions such as LASALLE, NAFA, NUS – considered.
- At least 2 years of teaching experience with preschool, primary or secondary students.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Energetic, creative, team‑oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
