Fund Operations Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Fund Operations Manager to support the daily operational activities of our hedge fund, ensuring smooth trade processing, accurate reconciliations and timely reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full trade lifecycle, including capture, confirmation, settlement and exception resolution for equities, equity swaps/TRS, futures and options.
• Perform daily cash, position and transaction reconciliations with prime brokers, custodians and fund administrators.
• Monitor and process corporate actions, stock borrow, financing and collateral activities.
• Review monthly NAV reports and fee calculations prepared by the fund administrator.
• Coordinate with brokers, custodians, administrators, auditors and other service providers on operational matters.
• Support month‑end, year‑end and annual audit processes.
• Maintain fund operation procedures and assist with regulatory reporting requirements.
• Administer the firm’s OMS/PMS and related operational systems.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of hedge fund operations experience (internships not considered).
• Hands‑on experience managing the trade lifecycle for equities, equity swaps/TRS, futures and options.
• Proven ability to perform daily cash, position and transaction reconciliations.
• Experience reviewing NAV reports and performance/management fee calculations.
• Familiarity with OMS/PMS platforms such as Enfusion or equivalent.

• SQL querying.
• VBA for process automation.
• Enfusion or comparable OMS/PMS system.
