FX Sales Account Manager

About the role

The FX Sales Account Manager will lead the acquisition of new corporate clients and nurture existing relationships for Monex's foreign‑exchange solutions across Singapore and the Asia‑Pacific region. You will act as the primary liaison between clients and the dealing team, ensuring seamless execution of FX Spot, Forward and Options transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, pitch and close new business opportunities through phone and face‑to‑face meetings.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, consistently achieving revenue targets.
• Onboard new clients, manage their first trades and provide ongoing support.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline data using CRM systems.
• Collaborate with the Dealing, Compliance, Risk and Introducing Brokers teams to deliver tailored FX solutions.
• Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies to maximise results.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, preferably within financial services or FX markets.
• Strong understanding of FX products (Spot, Forwards, Options) and related regulatory frameworks.
• Client‑focused mindset with excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet ambitious revenue goals.

Required skills

• Knowledge of FX Spot, Forward and Options products.
• Proficiency with CRM systems for pipeline and forecasting management.
