General Foreman / Construction Site Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking an experienced General Foreman / Construction Site Supervisor to lead daily operations on our demolition projects in Singapore. The role demands strong discipline, long hours, and the ability to manage both day and night rotating shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities and coordinate with engineers, main contractors, subcontractors, and site workers.
• Ensure work complies with drawings, schedules, and safety regulations (WSH, MOM).
• Manage manpower, tools, and materials, and conduct toolbox meetings.
• Oversee high‑risk activities, work at height, and handle overtime as required.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in construction site supervision.
• Strong leadership, able to enforce discipline and manage workers firmly.
• Willingness to work long hours, weekends, and night shifts.
• Physically fit, mentally strong, and able to handle pressure and tight schedules.
