General Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead YINFENG GLOBAL TRADING's business strategy and daily operations in Singapore. The role requires a strong blend of strategic vision, operational excellence, and financial acumen to drive growth and ensure compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the company's business strategies and operational plans.
• Oversee daily business operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Manage financial performance, budgeting, and cost control.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop market expansion strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and business partners.
• Lead and supervise department managers and employees to achieve business objectives.
• Develop and improve internal policies, operational procedures, and management systems.
• Monitor business performance and prepare management reports for the Board of Directors.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore statutory, regulatory, and corporate governance requirements.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to support business development and project execution.
• Evaluate business risks and implement appropriate risk management measures.
• Perform any other duties assigned by senior management.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business management, operations management, or related fields.
• Project management experience is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of business management, corporate planning, and operational management.
• Proven ability to develop business strategies and support business growth.
• Excellent leadership, decision‑making, and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Solid financial management and budgeting skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
