Global Account Executive

About the role

The Global Account Executive will manage customer inquiries, coordinate with internal teams and external partners, and nurture relationships with Global Account Tender customers to drive business growth for New Golden Sea Shipping.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and feedback, ensuring high satisfaction and issue resolution.
• Follow up on customer requirements and coordinate actions with internal divisions and external agents.
• Facilitate communication between internal teams, customers, agents, and headquarters to streamline operations.
• Prospect, manage, and nurture relationships with Global Account Tender customers to generate opportunities and retain business.
• Prepare statistical and market reports to analyze trends and support strategic decisions.
• Compile and deliver performance reports to customers, showcasing service quality.
• Assist in tender bidding processes by preparing accurate quotations and tender documents.

Required profile

• Diploma in a shipping‑related discipline.
• Proficiency in Mandarin to liaise with headquarters in Shanghai.
• Experience in shipping carriers (preferred).
• Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to multitask, work independently and as a team player.
