Global Change Management Lead, Wealth Operations (AI Transformation)

About the role

Citi is hiring a Global Change Management Lead, Wealth Operations (AI Transformation), a senior C15 Director-level global leadership position based in Singapore, its strategic global hub for AI and wealth management. The role leads the strategic design, governance and execution of AI-driven operational transformation across Global Wealth Operations, driving the transition to AI-native, GenAI-augmented workforce structures across APAC, EMEA and the Americas. It also leads Strategic Global AI Platform Implementations, a board-level priority.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end global deployment strategy, model development roadmap and change management pathway for wealth platforms, and redesign the global operating model to integrate GenAI-powered client servicing, intelligent automation and predictive analytics.
• Direct cross-functional teams (AI/ML engineering, data science, digital product management, risk and business execution) and drive agile delivery cycles to meet board-level AI milestones.
• Own the governance engagement strategy for AI deployment, design global AI ethics policies, model risk management protocols and algorithmic accountability standards, and partner with Risk, Compliance and Legal on risk assessments, bias testing and fairness evaluations.
• Serve as the primary global lead for internal audits and regulatory examinations on Wealth Operations AI transformation.
• Manage relationships with senior leaders across the COO Office, Digital Transformation, Business Execution and Risk & Control, represent Wealth Operations in AI governance forums and steer committees, and resolve cross-functional escalations.
• Build global AI capability through documentation of frameworks and playbooks, mentor local Singapore-based team members, and drive training and reskilling initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree; Master's degree or MBA in Business, Technology or a related field preferred; certifications in AI Governance, Data Science or Agile Project Management highly desirable.
• Minimum 10-15 years of progressive leadership experience in financial services change management, digital transformation or technology operations.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale AI, GenAI or machine learning implementation programmes in a highly regulated global financial services environment.
• Experience at C15 Director level (or equivalent), managing cross-functional, multi-jurisdictional teams and influencing global senior stakeholders.
