Global Key Account Officer

About the role

The Global Key Account Officer will manage a portfolio of Global BCO Accounts, aiming to meet annual volume and yield targets. Working closely with internal teams and external customers, the role focuses on enhancing the customer experience and expanding CNC's share of wallet.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve TEU volume and USD yield targets.
• Lead the end‑to‑end tender process, including negotiations with Global Account customers.
• Serve as the primary CNC contact for GA customers, identifying needs and growth opportunities.
• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships and trust.
• Prepare, coordinate and present Business Reviews (MBR, QBR) to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Generate, track and evaluate account performance metrics.
• Collaborate with Trade, Operations, Customer Service and other functions to deliver exceptional service.
• Promote CNC’s new products and services to existing customers.
• Monitor Accounts Receivable to ensure healthy cash flow.
• Conduct data analysis on customer accounts and portfolio performance, producing reports.
• Maintain accurate filing of rates and space allocations in relevant systems.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in shipping, logistics or supply chain, preferably in account servicing or management.
• Good understanding of container shipping and logistics operations.
• Strong stakeholder management and coordination abilities.
