Global Road Logistics Continuous Improvement Manager

About the role

As the Global Road Logistics Continuous Improvement Manager you will lead strategic customer onboarding initiatives and continuous‑improvement programmes across the Asia Pacific region. Working with operational, commercial, finance and technology teams you will ensure complex implementations are delivered successfully while identifying opportunities to optimise performance and strengthen the road logistics network.

Key responsibilities

• Lead regional customer implementation projects for domestic and cross‑border road logistics.
• Drive end‑to‑end onboarding activities for strategic customer wins.
• Develop and roll out continuous‑improvement initiatives focused on productivity, quality and customer satisfaction.
• Partner with sales to design customer‑centric supply‑chain and transportation solutions.
• Lead network optimisation projects using process redesign, modelling, simulation and data‑driven decision making.
• Monitor project performance, identify risks and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with country teams to ensure alignment and consistent execution of strategic initiatives.
• Promote best‑practice sharing and foster a culture of continuous improvement across the region.
• Influence stakeholders at all levels and manage change in a multicultural environment.
• Provide leadership and coaching to implementation and continuous‑improvement teams.

Required profile

• Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in logistics, transportation or supply‑chain environments.
• Proven track record leading large‑scale implementation, transformation or continuous‑improvement projects across multiple countries.
• Strong understanding of road transportation, cross‑border logistics and supply‑chain operations.
• Experience working in a regional or global logistics setting is highly regarded.
