Go-to-Market Manager – AI Recruiting Platform

About the role

You will be the first dedicated go‑to‑market hire for Hirona AI, an autonomous AI recruiter that conducts first‑round voice interviews and scores candidates automatically. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will own the commercial launch of the product, define the GTM strategy and build a repeatable sales engine across Singapore and Southeast Asia.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the GTM strategy, including ICP definition, positioning, messaging and pricing input.
• Build and manage the sales pipeline targeting SME owners, founders and recruitment agencies through outbound outreach, demos and closing.
• Develop channel partnerships with staffing agencies, business associations, startup communities and co‑marketing initiatives.
• Represent Hirona AI at trade shows, exhibitions and industry events, handling lead capture and follow‑up.
• Create sales and marketing collateral such as pitch decks, case studies and website copy.
• Feed market insights back to product and define GTM metrics, reporting progress to the CEO.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or tech go‑to‑market, sales or growth roles.
• Proven track record of building pipelines and closing revenue, preferably with SMEs, founders or HR buyers.
• Strong familiarity with the Singapore SME and startup ecosystem; regional SEA exposure is a plus.
• Full professional fluency in English and Mandarin.
• Hands‑on, resourceful attitude comfortable with prospecting, demoing and closing.
