Governance, Risk & Compliance Year-End Internship

About the role

PwC’s Risk Services practice is seeking a Year‑End intern to support Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) engagements. The internship runs from 26 December to 27 February and offers hands‑on experience working on client projects in Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior GRC professionals with audit testing, including document tracing and work documentation.
• Support internal audit and pre‑IPO internal controls reviews.
• Participate in Information Technology General Controls (ITGC) reviews.
• Contribute to Sarbanes‑Oxley (SOX) compliance reviews and grant certification assessments.
• Utilise data‑analytics and technology‑driven tools to perform testing.
• Work onsite at client locations following prevailing safety measures.

Required profile

• Accountancy students from local or overseas universities (non‑accounting students with strong interest in GRC are also welcome).
• Highly motivated, enthusiastic, confident and creative.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good co‑curricular record and service‑oriented mindset.
