About the role
Applied Materials, a global leader in materials science and engineering solutions for semiconductors and advanced displays, is hiring a GPM intern in Singapore. The internship is full-time and open to students; travel and relocation are not required.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze industry trends from sources such as SEMICON, ECTC, IEEE publications, Yole, TechInsights and public earnings calls.
- Map current market positions and identify growth opportunities.
- Collect and categorize customer requirements from external resources, product managers and account teams.
- Analyze pain points in advanced packaging processes such as thermal dissipation, via-last integration and 3D heterogeneous integration.
- Map requirements against existing product capabilities.

- Gap analysis matrix
- Roadmap prioritization model
- Management review presentation
