GPS Engineer – Global Product Support

About the role

We are seeking a highly talented engineer to join our Global Product Support (GPS) team. The role involves developing and maintaining expert‑level knowledge of next‑generation and legacy semiconductor platforms, leading complex escalations, and delivering technical expertise to customers worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain expert‑level knowledge of next‑generation and legacy platforms and subsystems.
• Lead complex escalations together with cross‑functional design engineering teams.
• Deliver knowledge and methodologies to customer engineers to improve tool health, performance, and stability.
• Create and maintain procedures for safety, startups, installation, calibration, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Develop training packages for new products and conduct training for customer and technical support engineers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in semiconductor equipment or related industry.
• Strong conceptual knowledge of engineering theories, practices, and procedures.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proactive, team‑player attitude with a dedication to expanding technical knowledge.
