Graduate Full Stack Developer

About the role

As an Early‑Career Full Stack Developer at SimplifyNext, you will join a fast‑growing consulting and technology firm in Singapore. The role is designed for fresh graduates or developers with up to three years of experience who want hands‑on exposure to real client projects, modern tech stacks, and strong mentorship.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and enhance web and application features across front‑end and back‑end components.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well‑tested code under guidance from senior engineers.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and Designers to understand requirements and user journeys.
• Support testing, bug fixing, and deployment activities.
• Learn and apply secure coding, performance, and quality best practices.
• Document technical designs and development work clearly.

Required profile

• 0–3 years of experience in software development (fresh graduates welcome).
• Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related fields.
• Foundational knowledge of front‑end technologies (JavaScript, React, TypeScript, HTML, CSS).
• Exposure to back‑end development (Node.js, Java, Python or similar).
• Basic understanding of REST APIs and databases (SQL or NoSQL).
• Familiarity with Git or other version‑control systems.
• Interest in cloud platforms, automation, or low‑code technologies (training provided).
• Willingness to learn, ask questions, and take feedback positively.
