Graduate Recruiter – Entry Level Recruitment Program

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic graduates to join our fast‑growing recruitment team. As a Graduate Recruiter you will support corporate clients and candidates throughout the full hiring lifecycle, gaining hands‑on experience in talent acquisition and business development.

Key responsibilities

• Source corporate clients and suitable candidates, including cold‑calling.
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection and extending offers.
• Schedule and conduct candidate interviews.
• Maintain client and candidate accounts, and drive business prospecting.
• Network and expand channels to generate corporate sales.
• Build and nurture relationships with corporate clients, candidates and internal team members.

Required profile

• Minimum a university degree in any discipline from a recognised institution.
• Positive, enthusiastic and self‑driven attitude.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Active participation in sports or school activities is an advantage.
