Graphic Designer

About the role

The Graphic Designer creates high-quality visual assets that support SG Fleet's brand across campaigns, digital channels, print and internal communications. The role works closely with stakeholders and the wider creative team to deliver on-brand, engaging design solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Produce graphic design assets for digital, print, campaigns and internal communications in line with briefs and brand guidelines.
• Interpret creative briefs and direction from the Graphics and Motion Lead and turn them into clear, engaging visuals.
• Apply brand standards consistently across all outputs, with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative team to meet project objectives and deadlines.
• Refine designs based on feedback to speed up review and approval.
• Manage your own workload and stay up to date with design trends, tools and best practices.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in Graphic Design, Motion Design, Visual Communication or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience delivering graphic design projects from brief to completion, with a strong portfolio covering digital and print; exposure to motion or basic video is beneficial.
• Ability to interpret creative briefs, apply feedback and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Working knowledge of After Effects and Premiere Pro is advantageous
• Solid understanding of brand guidelines and visual identity
