Graphic & Video Designer – Consumer Banking (Videos & Campaigns)

About the role

A leading Singapore bank seeks an experienced Creative & Digital Designer to join its Consumer Banking marketing team. You will create and produce integrated campaigns with a strong focus on video production and creative design to drive customer acquisition and engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end video production for ATL, BTL and digital platforms, from storyboarding and scripting to editing and final delivery.
• Plan and produce multimedia assets such as social‑first short videos, product explainers and campaign videos tailored to target customer segments.
• Design and produce creative assets across ATL, BTL and digital channels, including digital ads, banners, social media content and out‑of‑home media while ensuring brand compliance.
• Collaborate with product, insights, brand and performance marketing teams to optimise campaign execution and use performance data to improve future creative work.
• Write clear and compelling copy for marketing materials across all platforms.

Required profile

• 6–8 years of experience in marketing, creative design or video production, with a strong portfolio of integrated campaigns.
• Proven ability to develop integrated campaigns across ATL and BTL channels and to tailor content for different customer segments.
• Strong copywriting and storytelling skills with a forward‑looking mindset towards emerging tools such as AI.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Suite, especially Premiere Pro and After Effects.
